Strengthen Your Mind, Body & Core
Join me for a STOTT PILATES@ workshop at Crystal Mountain Resort & Spa, the #1 Resort in the Midwest. I'll share a blend of Matwork and Flex-Band exercises that will help you build core strength, increase flexibility and endurance, and tone your arms, legs, back and torso. I'll guide you through variations of each exercise that you can master quickly and easily, and I’ll provide helpful tips on posture and body alignment throughout each class. You'll love this workout as well as the comraderie of like-minded women and men also striving for good health and vitality.
- When: 9 a.m. on Mondays and Thursdays, July 5 - August 30
